Senior Healthcare Analyst

We’re working with a well-established and rapidly growing employee benefits consultancy seeking to appoint a Senior Healthcare Analyst to their Health and Risk team. With offices across the UK and also remote working options, this will appeal to those seeking an environment with real career development opportunity and also great flexible working.

Your key areas of focus will include:

–    Preparing business reports across healthcare products — renewals, new business and market reviews

–    Managing the quotation and market review process for existing clients and new business prospects

–    Administering existing healthcare schemes and flexible benefits programmes for key clients

–    Supporting the consulting team proactively on client queries and technical healthcare issues

Our client is looking for someone with a strong background in healthcare benefit products — ideally spanning PMI, cash plans, dental, travel and EAPs, including corporate and complex schemes.

Specifically, you’ll be able to demonstrate:

–    A strong track record working across healthcare products including Private Medical Insurance, cash plans, dental, travel and personal accident cover, EAPs and health assessments

–    A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in everything you produce

–    The ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and providers

Desirable:

–    IF7 qualification, or working towards it
