A rapidly growing alternative investment manager is seeking an Investment Reporting Associate to support the firm's private credit platform. This individual will partner closely with the CIO and Portfolio Management team, helping maintain investment data integrity, perform portfolio analysis, support reporting initiatives, and contribute to the buildout of the firm's internal reporting infrastructure.

 

The ideal candidate will have a blend of investment reporting, portfolio analytics, reconciliations, and data management experience within an alternative asset manager, private credit, or institutional investment environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute recurring investment reporting packages for senior management and investment professionals.
  • Produce portfolio-level reporting and analytics related to investment activity, exposures, performance, and portfolio trends.
  • Perform detailed reconciliations and validation of portfolio, investment, and reporting data.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by partnering with Portfolio Management, Operations, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance investment data used across reporting, analytics, and portfolio management functions.
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of a new internally developed reporting platform designed to centralize portfolio data and automate reporting workflows.

 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience within investment reporting, portfolio analytics, investment operations, performance reporting, or related function.
  • Prior experience supporting alternative investments, private credit, fixed income, private equity, or institutional investment portfolios.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience performing detailed reconciliations, reporting validation, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career within investment reporting, portfolio analytics, or investment operations.
