We are working with a global asset manager to appoint a Content Operations Manager into its international marketing function on a 12-month contract. The business has a broad global footprint and is continuing to invest in improving how content is produced, managed and delivered across regions.

This is a delivery-focused role with responsibility for driving operational improvements across the content lifecycle, ensuring content is produced efficiently, accurately and at scale. Sitting within a central team, you will work across multiple regions and departments to enhance processes, systems and outputs.

The role would suit a project-oriented professional with experience in content, marketing operations or digital delivery who is looking for high visibility, hands-on ownership of critical initiatives within a complex, global environment.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Delivering end-to-end content operations projects, ensuring workstreams are completed on time and to scope
  • Managing multiple concurrent initiatives, maintaining clear timelines, milestones and accountability
  • Identifying inefficiencies in content workflows and implementing practical process improvements
  • Driving the implementation of automation solutions to streamline content production, updates and distribution
  • Overseeing content systems and tools to ensure effective usage and continuous optimisation
  • Collaborating with marketing, legal, compliance and technology teams to deliver agreed outcomes
  • Acting as a central point of coordination across stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and progress tracking
  • Managing relationships with external vendors and platform providers where required
  • Monitoring project progress, risks and dependencies, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring governance standards are met, including accurate documentation of processes and workflows
  • Supporting reporting and tracking through workflow management tools to provide visibility on delivery

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience delivering projects within marketing, content operations or digital environments in financial services
  • Strong understanding of content workflows, including production, approval and distribution processes
  • Experience working with content management, sales enablement or CRM platforms (e.g. Seismic, Salesforce)
  • Proven ability to implement automation and improve operational efficiency
  • Experience using workflow and project management tools (e.g. Workfront or similar)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • A structured, delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
