Order to Cash

We’re currently recruiting for an exciting fully remote opportunity available and also hybrid with a leading organisation, where you’ll play a key role in designing and improving end-to-end O2C processes.

This is not a traditional transactional finance role, you’ll be involved in process design, transformation, operating models and working with stakeholders to build effective future-state finance processes.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and improving end-to-end Order to Cash processes, including customer/account setup, billing, invoicing, cash receipts and cash application.

• Supporting the development of a Finance Service Blueprint and High-Level Operating Model.

• Ensuring O2C processes are clearly defined and integrated with wider finance processes such as P2P and R2R.

• Facilitating workshops with clients, stakeholders and O2C SMEs.

• Mapping current and future-state processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Producing detailed process maps, functional specifications and SOPs.

• Working closely with Service Design, Technology and Operations teams.

• Supporting the design of ERP-enabled finance solutions.

• Ensuring appropriate financial controls, governance and audit requirements are incorporated into processes.

What we're looking for:

You’ll ideally have strong experience in Order to Cash, gained within a shared services, BPO or large-scale finance transformation environment.

Experience across some of the following would be highly relevant:

• O2C process design & transformation

• Billing & invoicing

• Cash receipts / cash application

• Accounts receivable

• Revenue assurance

• Debt management / collections

• Financial controls & audit

• Process mapping

• Operating model design

• ERP / finance transformation

• Stakeholder and SME workshop facilitation

You'll need to be confident working with stakeholders, understanding complex finance processes and translating them into clear, efficient and scalable solutions.
