We are working with a growing investment manager to hire a Digital Marketing Manager into its central marketing function. The business has an established presence in the UK market and continues to expand its distribution through financial advisers, wealth managers, and intermediaries.

 

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-performing digital campaigns and client journeys across multiple channels. Sitting at the centre of a collaborative marketing team, you will work closely with sales and senior stakeholders to execute activity that drives engagement, lead generation and brand visibility.

 

The position is well suited to a digitally focused marketer looking to own execution across campaigns and platforms, with clear responsibility for performance, optimisation and delivery within a regulated environment.

 

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Executing multi-channel digital campaigns aimed at driving adviser and investor engagement
  • Managing and optimising lead generation activity across key digital platforms and channels
  • Building and refining automated customer journeys, using testing and performance data to improve outcomes
  • Overseeing website content, updates and performance, ensuring a strong user experience and clear conversion pathways
  • Delivering SEO and digital optimisation initiatives to improve visibility and user engagement
  • Producing and managing digital content in line with brand and regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring campaign performance and providing clear, data-led insight into results and areas for improvement
  • Partnering with sales and marketing stakeholders to deliver aligned, commercially focused activity
  • Working closely with compliance teams to ensure all output meets regulatory standards
  • Supporting ongoing improvements to digital processes, tools and campaign effectiveness

 

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in digital marketing within financial services or another regulated industry
  • Proven track record of executing digital campaigns and managing lead generation activity
  • Strong understanding of website management, SEO and digital performance optimisation
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and building customer journeys
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable improvements
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and digital analytics tools
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across marketing, sales and compliance
  • A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership of execution
