Broker Support / Account Handler

A leading insurance organisation is looking to strengthen its team with the appointment of Broker Support and Account Handling professionals in the Suffolk area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected business, working alongside experienced insurance professionals across a broad range of clients and classes of business. A key part of these positions will involve the production and maintenance of MRC slips, so previous experience working with London Market documentation and processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production and processing of MRC slips and associated market documentation
• Supporting the placement and servicing of insurance programmes
• Managing insurer and client correspondence
• Preparing policy documentation, endorsements and renewals
• Assisting with new business and mid-term adjustments
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high levels of service delivery

About You:

• Previous experience within Broker Support, Account Handling, or Technical Processing within the London Market
• Experience producing and handling MRC slips is essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
• Experience across any class of business will be considered
