A growing specialist insurer is looking for a Senior Underwriter to manage and develop a portfolio of entertainment-focused property & casualty risks.

You will play a key role in underwriting, broker development, and driving profitable growth across sectors such as live events, media, and sport.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal P&C risks
• Manage and grow a profitable portfolio
• Build and maintain broker relationships
• Support junior team members and contribute to strategy

Requirements

• Strong experience in commercial P&C underwriting
• Proven portfolio management and broker development skills
• Excellent technical and commercial judgement
• Background in entertainment or specialist risks is desirable
